After monitoring several of the communications between the capsuleers of the intergalactic summit I have decided to formally introduce myself to the already well established community.

I must firstly say that while my training and development with the Center for Advanced Studies was extremely thorough in terms of standard pilot knowledge I am still bringing myself up to date on various historical events and even more recent news of goings on within our universe. It seems that through a desire to excel in my studies I may have inadvertently cut myself off from other capsuleers for far too long.

I will in due time aim to correct any gaps in social knowledge and hope to engage in communication with the rest of you more frequently.

As it seems most of you think my sanity is already void on becoming a capsuleer I will simply say, sanity is over rated. Insanity however seems much more fun.

Forgive me while I buck the trend of making light of mental illnesses.

Capsuleer dementia is not 'fun.' I have only been part of this 'sixth nation' a short time but I have seen good people lose themselves to paranoia and obsession. I've watched as those I considered noble commit horrific acts because they'd lost the ability to feel empathy for another human being.

I pray that you never know what it's like to lose your mind. As an infomorph that is, at the end, all you are.
