Not about blind following at all. My hope is that other players who left Eve may return as well. Eve is poorer, and the forums are not the same.

S&M is a prime example of this imho. This used to be one of the best forums with little trolling. Players asking for (the same) advise were given a plethora of fits to choose from, with heated discussion on the pros and cons of fits and modules.

I've recently lost interest in following many forums, and it gives me great delight to see Liang return.

we wouldn't be doing the right thing if we stayed unsubbed after the 180 degree turnaround and joblosses incurred in the events leading up to our bannings :)

That said I wish I'd saved the photoshops of liang and myself as martyrs.
