Oh some may, majority won't.
Regardless, every major boo boo costed CCP real money in the short-term ... they just can't quantify the damage accurately unless every quiter puts in I quit because of such and such.

Ragequitters are fail.
Ragequitters that actually send me their stuff before they do, though.... I have no problem with them.

Annoying as all hell, and a big black mark on CCP's already-tarnished reputation, but not actually something over which to really get mad.

I be keepin' mah stuffs, but I'll happily accept teh stuffs of anyone as who wants to ragequit.
