[Odyssey] Change to permissions for cancelling corporation jobs

Hey everyone. CCP Masterplan was able to get a change completed for Odyssey that should hopefully open up a lot of options for corporation manufacturing and research. It's a change that we have received a lot of requests for in our Starbase Iterations blog comments thread.

After Odyssey, the only people who will be able to cancel a corporation job will be
a) the person who started the job
b) a corporation director

The rules for who can install jobs, view jobs and deliver jobs are unchanged. This does not affect personal jobs.
This affects all corporation manufacturing and research jobs.

I can't sticky threads so I get the community guys to edit the post and do it for me.

I should probably talk to someone about getting myself the sticky threads role since I think I use it more than anyone else.

Nicely done, but imho this only fixes a symptom of the broken build roles. You shouldn't have to have the Factory Manager role to install build jobs for corp.

The work around for this issues was awful.

Glad to see you all fixing this so we can have more than six guys in a corp doing research without massive risk.

What about completed job delivery ?

Why not to do the same thing to delivery?
