I represent a smallish USTZ only corp that is looking for options at this point. Our current alliance is good but they have gown a bit inactive as of late. At this point we are not considering mergers though so please just interested alliances. Our corp is about 2 years old with a core group of guys who have played together for the better part of 4 years. We enjoy small to mid gang pvp but are not limited to just that as we have been in Sov holding alliances before. We do have a few FC’s who are capable of leading roaming gangs but have never led large fleet engagements.

We are around 15 people, not including alt, most of which are fairly active some do have a life outside of eve though. (our Ideal size is 15 to 20 active people in the USTZ)

Average age of 30 and about 40m sp (some higher some lower)

Around 10 Capital pilots (Carrier)

6 to 1 kill to death ratio and 80%+ eff.

Take a look at Cascade. Our corp is like yours and we have found our new home with Cascade. Great fun and older group of guys.
