0/ i was able to patch this morning and get into eve things were running in the background so i restarted my cpu then the launcher client updated and now i'm getting a constant "Offline Mode" and im on ts3 talking with the guys so its a client issue not an internet issue. i have tried running the repair.exe. it ran and im still getting the same issue someone help!

Same issue here.

If I close the launcher and try to reopen it, it doesn't even load up.

The repair tool says ERROR

OFFLINE MODE
You are seeing this because no connection could be made to the content server or something went wrong while loading the online content.

Restart Launcher


When I hit restart launcher, nothing.

same on my computer.

  - remove the cloaked from local; free intel is the real problem, not  "afk" cloaking -

Same, any solutions?

Restart does nothing in Russian launcher, restarts fine in English.

Same problem here too. Restart launcher fails to fix their problem. English launcher v.2.1.539169 here.

how can we rollback our patches? I got the same problem, was playing eve just fine before patch, internet is fine

Same problem here. When I change the language and try to hit "Restart Launcher" nothing happens, but in English it restarts but doesn't fix the problem. English Launcher v.2.1.539169

EDIT: For anybody who didn't bother to actually check the forums and instead decided to just rage, follow this link: It tells you specifically how to bypass the launcher and get to the server. It worked for me. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=238230&find=unread

copied this from another post (credit goes to the guy who actually come up with the help). I had to go into my Bin folder and run the ExeFile directly from there. It simply bypasses the launcher and takes you directly into Eve. Works like a charm.


***ATTENTION*** -- TEMPORARY FIX

Repair and play.

1) C:\CCP\EVE\repair.exe

1a) If the repairer fails - re-run it until it completes.

2) C:\CCP\EVE\bin\ExeFile.exe

The game should load and let you connect without issue..

DO NOT under any circumstances re-run the patcher or this will break and you will have to do it over again.

Note - This took me about 5 minutes for the repairer to run.
