I attempted this some today in jita. But it really needs a dedicated nonprofit ceo to run things full time. Of course you would need to collect a salary for such services.

Since I wont likely find the time, please feel free to run with idea. All I ask is that a fair amount of clothing be donated to Cannibal Kane to hand out. I can also distribute during some of my regular charity events I've been holding.

I'd like to come back a few years from now, find Kane sitting in a dark corner of a bar, ask him to take a job, hear him refuse it by saying something like "I'm a different man now," then convince him by pulling out my checkbook and asking him how many zeros it would take. I'd even prepare an orchestra to play dramatic music as he walks to the hanger bay and dusts off his ship.
