Eve Won't eve Patch the Launcher...need Help

Not even getting a launcher patch. I just get this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/254/lauchererror.jpg/

Then when i try to start Eve directly I get this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/4/incompatible.jpg/

and it doesn't start at all.

I tried to run the repair tool but it also gets an error. Last thing i can think to do is a manual patch, not sure where to find them anymore.
