Reading the info it turns out Amarr was first with the large guns on bc hulls. Wasn't the Tornado from the first contest? This is some bullshit retconning, ccp!

Rust doesn't have a high tensile strength for vertical compressional strength, hence the need to do it in dread (and now BC) proportions.
