Keep an eye out for this herpa derp. Claims he can build caps and will give you a deal a bit below market value to build and promises extra mods as well.

I have no problem being scammed, but please believe I will put you on blast bud.

Just out of interest what was the reason, that made you think he was legitly selling things below market value and even giving extra mods on top of that to a random stranger?

Crime and Punishment isn't for reporting crime or punishing it. It's for milking tears. You might as well put public service announcements of scammers etc anywhere on the forums other than C&P.

I see you recently bought this character. I think you probably weren't ready for caps as your main is a 2012 character. These sort of scams are well known, and experience would have taught you that.
