How long does it take for a post in the recruitment channel to actually show up?

Its instant just like the rest of the forums. However there is a lot of people who bump their post on a daily basis, so you might be posting and by the time your browser has loaded and your back to the front page 5 other people have bumped their threads and yours is no longer on the top of the list.

Please keep in mind the 24 hour rule, but it can be a good idea to keep an eye on the forums and see when its "peak time" for bumping (as an example a lot seem to be bumping their threads when they go to work, or during their lunch break) and post after that. Dont worry about the post going to second page, most recruits/recruiters will look trough at least a few pages Smile

Also sometimes the eve forum eats your post. Make sure you ctrl+c it before hitting submit just in case it does.
