Sub-Modular Ships Vs. One Time Use Modulars

Hello?

I feel it's time CCP let go and let the users take over the ship designing by allowing us to build from the modular blocks!

Wondering how would you feel about building any thing of ship sub modular ship with out the the added ship bonus. Since you would be able to build any kind of sub modular class ship just like the Tech Three.

or...

If you could build any type of modular to go on a ship with a limited mount of time say "30" minutes and you build the bonus on them... Once the modular you built is turn on, they "break" over X mount of minutes. You must build a new one! and can not repair them!

I'm kind of hating myself because I actually understood that.

We have an option to save fittings for a reason. As much as I hate the way most of our ships are already cookie cutter modular fits, if they came right out and made them modular it would kill the whole shell game that makes EVE seem complex.

So, what you're basically asking for is a really expensive ship with 8 rig slots......
