Trouble is i reported him a few times, and have lost isk etc, but nothing is being done.

I have petitioned, and asked for a response from a DEV etc. nothing has happened.

My last 2 posts about this have been locked, and guess what nothing has been done.

IAll i can do is just hope other people do not send isk to these characters for sale .

If you wish to report misbehavior in character sales, please use the petition system. (Rules and Policies, EULA and Terms of Service)

The GMs need time to look into the situation and get a full grasp of what's going on. Please be patient, and report any further info you may come across via responding to the same petition.
