Chat window resets upon login

So as the topic states, each time I log into EVE the chat window has been reset to the default size and I have to rejoin some of my channels. I don't know how to reproduce this bug apart from logging back in.

Well, other chat windows seem to work fine, but there is this one: Incursions chat. Every time I log in to Eve while in incursion site, the incursion chat window pops up under the other chat window so that I have to manually minimize the other chat window, then move the incursion chat window out, restore the other chat window from the tool bar icon by checking a correct chat tab (I have also third chat window that has some tabs), then move and drop the incursion chat window to the main chat window.

It would be nice if the incursion chat window remembered that it was a tab in the main chat window.

Also I would like to be able to change the order of tabs and that the tabs remembered their positions.

I have same issue, but i can drag my chat window block to original size. Tryed to put pur report up but its PITA to do. Filled petition and Gm was kind inaff to send it forvard too bughunters
