You should have just paid the money to somebody to have them kill the dude. The bounty system is terrible.

Its like going into a bad neihborhood and then hearing the locals play the good cop bad cop song for you, down every single block, in the meantime their all phoning each other saying this guys got money, get him he's headed that way.

There really is only one way of dealing with this type of situation, BE PREPARED and if you are not prapared and actually do pay a ransom, then its your fault and no one elses.
