ISBoxer isn't cheating and is currently accepted by CCP, unlike hacking your Eve client to gain an advantage over other players.

ISBoxers is allowed.

Changing the client isn't and that is clearly listed in the EULA/ToS...

ONLY ban that should be applied is the perma ban...you KNEW what you were doing was against the rules, so you should be punished.

Hacking a multiplayer game is pretty low. If you have to cheat (thereby, making others' game environment miserable) to win, then you suck at the human.

Cheating in a singleplayer game, I can understand. Sometimes, you just want the story. Hell, I've done it. Most of us have.
But I'm not understanding how cheating against other players can ever possibly be fun. Even in the early days of online gaming (like, the Diablo/Command and Conquer era)... when you downloaded all the trainers and hacks so you could "cheat defensively" when you ran into a hacked player... made me feel empty, and kinda dirty.

That moment when you realize the crazy lady with all the cats was right...
