why not have 2 x skill speed or duel skill training on one charter instead.
You would sell a lot more plex and reach wider people then just alt training. Most alts are just super holder or pi cyno market alts. Bring back speed up training but for plex. To speed up training may encourage people away from +5 and risk more pvp with just an extra plex per month. and bring back + 6 and +7 implants. and make the que longer. A lot of people that play who are in military just deactive account since they cant que it past 3 months. make the que Quarter long at-least.

*puts on grumpy old man hat* I remember when there was no skill queue, setting your alarm to wake you up at 4 in the morning to change a skill, we didn't have these new fangled plex back in those days either. You youngsters don't know your born.

Seriously though it would push the price of plex through the roof (in ISK, not £/$/€ obviously), and would drive people who pay for their account with ISK bought plex out of the game, and it would be a poorer game with less people. Plex to train an alt isn't going to get used a massive amount so won't have the same effect.

This was the only part that made any logical sense. By doing everything else you mentioned, you would just just be giving older players an even bigger advantage over newer players. You would also be turning Eve into Combat Arms, a crime which is punishable by flogging and forced labor for EA. Don't be that guy.

The longer skill queue would be nice though.

The queue is long enough. If you can't manage your skill queue to within 24 hours you're doing it wrong. Also there are a vast number of skills you can train that take a month or more. If they increase the skill queue people will soon be saying "the skill queue needs to be longer". At what point does it end? 24 hours is more than enough.

As long as there are implants that speed up training they WILL be used, no matter how fast or slow "basic" training goes.
IF using +5 implants prevents people from PvPing the only way to counter that is to lower the price of them. o

And this is completely counterindicative to what you proposed above: If people don´t PvP with +5 implants, they would do that even less with +6 and +7 implants (assuming they are even more expensive than +5 implants). And yes, people would use them, no matter the price.

I love when noobs ask for stuff like this.

Hey all you guys who have supported eve for 10 years we want to nerf the value of what you have done so badly that you instantly quit.

For the rest of you who don't want to pay $30 a month to play, either you pay or you are gonna get ruined too might as well quit now.

You want more time in the skill que? I could see it going as long as 72 hours. Let us get away for a weekend without being pushed into a long skill. You want to train for 3 months while not playing? Give password to wife, girlfriend or buddy. Stop giving everyone else reason not to log in.
