so you have the problem with the nano

FINALLY YOU SHED LIGHT FOR THE MORTALS

What if I replaced that with a small aar?

I never said I was the be all and end all guru of inties: I just wanted your godamn opinion :(

Sorry i tend to expect people to read my mind and it doesn't work very often.

AAR is a good choice if you're solo, plate if you're in a fleet with logi

Its all just situational

Lows should be DCU, AAR/200mm, and third is debatable depending on role.

100mm plates are ****, never use them

[Malediction, New Setup 1]
Damage Control II
200mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I
Adaptive Nano Plating II

Limited 1MN Microwarpdrive I
Warp Disruptor II
F-90 Positional Sensor Subroutines, Targeting Range Script

Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Caldari Navy Scourge Rocket
150mm Light AutoCannon II, Republic Fleet EMP S

Small Trimark Armor Pump I
Small Trimark Armor Pump I

The rigs are entirely optional, i would go with trimarks because IMO 3423 m/s is plenty but you can put a target rig or whatever if you want (You definitelly want to do that if you're running links)

7,1k ehp
96 dps (Enough to kill drones basically)

Yay posting fit time!

Here is one I threw together:

Malediction: built in 20 seconds

Highs:
Rocket Launcher II (x3)
125mm Gatling Autocannon II

Mids:
Limited 1mn Microwarpdrive I
J5b Phased Prototype Warp Scrambler I
X5 Prototype Engine Enervator I

Lows:
Damage Control II
Adaptive Nano Plating II
SAAR

Rigs:
Small Auxiliary Nano Pump I (x2)

Just a basic solo nullsec fit. Isn't meant do a lot of DPS, and it probably isn't even enough. Now that in looking back over this fit it really sucks. Don't use it

I wear my goggles at night.

I found that the malediction exels @ tackling kitey stuff, especially things above frigate sized hulls. I love mine active tanked (SAAR, 2x ANPII) , long point, web and MWD in mids and 3x rocketlauncherII and a nos for solo or small gang engagements. Just be carefull of neuting stuff. You should be able to run everything cap stable easily and pulse the SAAR when needed.

This is a fit I currently use for standard fleet tackle, Either small or large fleet works really well, for fast locking and has a tank that allows for head on use of scram in faster ships like cynabals giving you a few extra seconds till support comes in.

Its an old fit i made just after the speed nerf, when i couldnt fly my crow at 9km/s anymore and was looking for a tackler that would not instapop at first engagement.

[Malediction, RS321]
Small Armor Repairer II
Damage Control II
Adaptive Nano Plating II

Limited 1MN Microwarpdrive I
J5b Phased Prototype Warp Scrambler I

Rocket Launcher II, Mjolnir Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Mjolnir Rocket
150mm Light AutoCannon II, EMP S
150mm Light AutoCannon II, EMP S

Small Ionic Field Projector I
Small Targeting System Subcontroller I

3955 m/s
3799 EHP
90 dps with faction ammo
35km locking range! and 1350mm scan resolution
tanks 48 dps for just over 1 min

Maybe i should add it has a signature radius of 33m and its armor resists are 73 65 60 65 ?
It may look weak when compared to solo fits, but it can tank a faction cruiser long enough. At least in my experience. This is not a solo fit anyway.

I will have to agree with this.
We are just trying to make them not suck, but recently i have seen faction frigs doing interceptor work.

Both the Comet and the Hookbill are superior to all the inties at basically everything other than point range.
