Countering jamming rats?

Just been attempting to clear a system of rats, and the ones I encountered nearly all of them were jamming me so I couldn't get a lock on them.

What module(s) and skills do I need to counter the jammer device?

ECCM that match your own ship's sensor type.

Any particular type of ECCM to go for in the market?

I have found that selecting a celestial object, and clicking "warp to at 0" fixes being jammed by NPC's, pretty nicely...

I find Auto-Targeting Missiles to be highly effective against jammers.

I seem to remember seeing a tackling fit that used them. Something to do with the idea that "might as well use that high slot to try to add some tank since you won't be doing damage anyway."

But I don't know.

Can't quiet remember the Caldari sensor type, think it might be Magnetometric.

ECM and ECCM are colour coded, however:
Red (Ladar) = Minmatar
Yellow (Radar) = Amarr
Blue (Magnetometric?) = Caldari
Green (Gravimetric?) = Gallente

There are some Ares fits that use defenders, if that's what you mean.
