Could we skip ahead and just generate our own API verifiable kill-mails? In the end it's not important what was actually destroyed, only the spirit an EVE warrior has in his heart

Believe it or not, carebears can shoot back, I've actually seen 'em do it once or twice.

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com
