Pretty sure OP is just trollin', but anyway, there are alliances (and some individuals) with liquid isk above a trillion, and even more in assets. Consider how alliances poop out capital ships at an alarming rate already - do you really think they couldn't swap production to your cruiser instead? Before too long it will be ToBeMe's Overpowered Cruiser Online instead of Capitals Online.

Pick any T3 cruiser:

-train all 5's related, officer fit it, plug pirate implants named hardwirings and +6w weapon bonus

-pick an alt and max train for command ships, build the ubber boosting ship/alt

Undock and laugh at everyone and everything including entire roaming groups all by your own.
