How much would you pay to be able to Wardec an inactive account?

This would be the perfect solution! After all, we hi sec wardeccers want to shoot something that doesn't have much chance to shoot back potentially causing us to lose a ship. Surely CCP has the technology to make inactive players targetable?

Erm... What?

Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Sometimes when I post, I look at my sig and wish that I'd follow my own god damned advice.

Better question: How much would you pay to pod a docked pilot?

What I would like to know is, how do we wardec people who don't even play?

There's too much risk in what the OP asks for: they might resub and undock and scratch our ships.

It would be even better if we could have a "MMO Grand Unification" of sorts where every MMO becomes on shard so we can wardec guilds in WoW and nuke them from orbit.

(That would be kind of epic really )

Take WoD for example. Even I, a patron saint of tolerance and love, cannot plan on being able to stomach these Twilight watching emo vamps running around WoD and they SHOULD be nuked from orbit. Because even saints have their limits you see (and that's usually emo vamps - heck I think if they were around 2000 years ago, Christ would have jumped off the cross and said "some sins I just can't die for") . I would want to load up in Small Projectile Tactical NOBODY CARES YOU WORTHLESS SUBURBAN WHITE LOSER ammo just for the day.

It's also sad that so far only one person picked up on the sarcasm.

OP certainly sounds baked.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I thought this was what missions were for...

So, you're a bounty hunter. No, that ain't it at all. Then what are you? I'm a bounty hunter.

As an ex-hisec wardeccer, I'm going to confirm that the hundreds of millions spent on wardecs were in fact for cheap, tacky retriever KMs and not for fun fights. Mhm.

Severe drug abuse aside… Lol

…let's start with the concept of wardeccing an account rather than a corp. That sounds like a rather neat idea. Twisted
Aside from that detail, wardeccing inactive players is already possible.

I would give all of my money to be able to do this.

I wrote some true EVE stories! And no, they're not of the generic "my 0.0 alliance had lots of 0.0 fleets and took a lot of 0.0 space" sort. Check them out here:
