In this stable 0.0 super risk free timeframe, many super are in production. Some supers dont get used alot and prices are based on easyness to build and minerals.

Expect ppl to temporarly trade in their supers to avoid isk loss
Expect a firesale frenzy to start soon as demand will be down alot more than it is now ;)

I would think there are many supers in production at the moment, although i don't know what they plan on doing with them since null space is just a big sea of blue.

Maybe goons and Test will start selling ready made power block alliances as turnkey systems/regions, here you go! here's your titans, here's your supers, and the JB's are all set up, here's your deep safe bm's, and here's your CTA schedule... welcome to the machine!!!!

I think they were ignoring it, not missing it.
Capital parts will be less expensive to make after Odyssey. There is more to Super Capitals than the minerals of course and someone needs to pay all the costs associated with building them. Smart alliances don't build Super Capitals to sell to you and me though. NC sort of showed us what that gets you.
