I have no idea who the first guy is but it's impossible to forget GM. I don't think there's a soul on the planet that he hasn't verbally abused.

I am currently building a Volcano lair in Ammamake and will fill it with all sorts of elaborate gadgets for dispatching my nemesis'.

Now, to capture CCP Eterne and monologue while he frees himself from being hung upside down over a pit filled with ill tempered sea bass.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Just google that first name. You'll see how nauseatingly evil he really was. Pretty cruel and sick individual.
Istvaan Shogatsu's up there too in terms of arch-villainy, I'd say. But a more smart, subtle kind. He gets extra arch-points for also authoring a nice, dark fiction piece published in EON.
