I want know if someone here can give me some pointers on making a good Active Shield tank for a Ferox.

Armor Tank the ferox its intended to be an e-war platform triple web + scram = very good anti-frigate platform

Confirming this honorable man from RvB has it right, the Ferox should be armor-tanked.

Ok, can you give me a good armor tank for the Ferox. I'm also using it as a Drone platform, at least, i hope I'm not misusing it.

Ill give you prob the best advice you'll ever get if your looking for fits. Try eft or any similar program too many to name them all. And check kill boards for ships killed. These two options will save you isk and time.

Anything can be killed no matter how well it was fit. Situation awareness when checking a fit that was killed on a KB is key.

the key is to put the fitting into relation to by what it was killed.

If you want a drone boat, use a Gnosis or the Gallente drone BC.

With only 25 drone bandwidth, a Ferox is a terrible drone boat, and pretty much every single drone module you put on your ship is worse than other choices you could make.
