It also pleases me that the memorial is public again. I was under the impression that there was no memorial last year, and this tempted me to organize one myself this year, as the date came closer, despite that I feel that it is not my place to do so.

Personally, I think it's rather rude to not have the memorial public, and to not mention this so others have an oppurtunity to organize a public one in addition to your private one. As someone who participated in the relief and recovery operations, and sometimes still wakes up with certain images in front of his mind's eye, I feel excluded from taking part in something that helps me deal with the experiences I had 5 years ago.

Anyway, I plan to attend the memorial, of course.

I have always respected Ishukone's previous CEO for his actions in keeping the peace between the State and Federation. I will attempt to show up to the event unless any future issue arise that prevent my arrival.

I plan on attending the memorial as well.

And not to alarm anyone, I would like to announce before hand that I plan on launching fireworks to honor the all lives that were lost during this horrible tragedy.

Although I trust it is not your intention, launching fireworks may rub people in the wrong way, as for many it is associated with celebration, and some might think you are celebrating the attack instead of honouring the dead.

I would suggest flying the missing man flyby instead and am willing to assist you in this matter. I have experience with formation flying.

I haven't attentded the memorial service since the first anniversary so I may be somewhat rusty...

Will there be any requirements? A Gun/Missile Salute in honour of the fallen? Combat vessel or Civillian?

Tonight we shall assemble together to remember those lost five difficult years ago.

I do not speak for those arranging this event, but I doubt that there are any requirements for those who wish to join the memorial, save one: Respect the spirits of the fallen.
