Mouse sidebutton to keyboard problems

Hey, I use my side mouse button as my Push-To-Talk button for ts, but wen i have it pressed i cant use any shortcut keys ingame, so i either have to manualy click on something, or rightclick, or stop talking and then do it.

I have tried changing it to fullscreen to no avail, also made sure there is no in-game shortcut assigned to that mouse button

any ideas?
