Capital Ship Construction for capital rigs?

do you need Capital Ship Construction to make capital rigs? when odyssey is launched

No.

You don't need Frigate Construction to manufacture small rigs nor Cruiser Construction to manufacture medium rigs so there is no reason to believe that you would need Capital Construction to build capital sized rigs. However, those seem like reasonable pre-requisites to me and I wish that CCP would make it so.

Would be damn amusing if you needed csaa to build cap rigs. But would be kind of silly out side of a RP standpoint. But then again from that point of view there should be some shipyard time needed for installation or removal of any rigs.

But I digress.
