Well we are mainly all EU timezoned here. I am personally GMT+2 so typically I get online after work on weekdays at ~14:20 servertime and stay online till the evening :) Others are +-2 hours from those times and usually online around same times.

So weekdays most active
~12:00-24:00

Weekends are more evening based so earliest are 09:00-11:00 (DT) and then from there till the bitter morning for some Roll

Fleet stuff and events together are EU timed so around 18:00-19:00 servertime is the starting hours for fleets etc...
