Overview not updating correctly

Hello,

Since about a week ago, I have noticed that my overview is not updating as it should during PvP combat situations.

When enemy (red) ships are destroyed they do not dissapppear from the overview as they used to. Instead they now remain (although greyed-out) indefinately. When this happens I cannot interact with other objects in my overview, such as gates etc.

I have found that if I press "escape" then quit the settings screen this clears the overview, but this is a very unsatisfactory workaround.

Any help with resolving this problem would be much appreciated.
