Hi,

This is just a courtesy e-mail petition to inform you that the password to your account has been scrambled as we have interrupted a hack attempt on your account, which means that somehow the details have been compromised and we have banned the account for 7 days in order to protect it. If you would like us to lift the ban before the 7 days have passed then please reply to this petition and we will lift it after we have confirmed that you are the original owner.

In order to obtain a new password you will need to go to the Account Management section on our website at the following URL and a new password will be sent to the email registered to this account. Please bear in mind though that you will not be able to do this until you have contacted us and we have lifted the ban.

Please be sure not to use the same password as you had before and please do not use the same account username and password that you use for EVE for any other game, website or forum since this may well be how your details were compromised in the first place. Alternatively, it may be that you have received an unsolicited e-mail purporting to be from CCP recently which could also be the cause of the hack. We would also strongly suggest that you run a full anti-malware sweep of your computer before you attempt to log in again and that you change the password to the e-mail address registered to this EVE account.

We are also aware that you may consider this to be a phishing attempt to obtain your details by going to the link we have provided for the password reset. If you have any reservations whatsoever about this mail, then please file a separate e-mail petition from the EVE Online website (you may do this with an inactive or banned account) with the subject line referring to the fact that you have been hacked, temporarily banned and that you'd like the ban lifted early. You may, of course, mention that you received an e-mail from us in the first place, but wanted confirmation that that the e-mail was legitimate. If you choose to do this then it may take a little longer to receive a reply and there is the possibility that the ban will have automatically been lifted by the time we reply.

Меня банили, потому что на форум заходил с ТОРа (с разных IP и в один прекрасный момент зашел с IP, который бал замечен во взломе). Помогло только обращение в русскоязычную службу поддержки (я изложил культурно всю ситуацию с объяснением причин, почему айпишник менялся). Ответили быстро (в течение суток по-моему и это на майских праздниках!!!) - ребята в русской службе вменяемые. Прошел процедуру восстановления пароля (это обязательно) и все. Напиши им, что ты готов предоставить любые доказательства, что ты - это ты. Теперь как написать в русскоязычную службу (сам долго искал). Загружаешь eveonline.com, вводишь свое имя пользователя и пароль, заходишь в саппорт (поддержку), выбираешь петишн, в Category открываешь список и идешь почти в самы низ - там увидишь категории, написанные по русски, выбираешь в списке "БАН", и пишешь им. Отвечать они будут на твое мыло. Надеюсь, что поможет! Удачи!

я не уточнил. забанили 2й акк, который даже на форум не пускает. зайти я не могу не в игру не на форум, посиму, пишу с другого акка.
