Its suppose to br special edition only no seeding of a BPO , creating would mean introducing jove ships into eve .

It's not a Jove ship, though, it's a SoCT ship. The art styles are completely different.

No BPO but there will be 5 run BPC included with CE. CE will supposedly ship

According to the Clear Skies series, Jove ships have 90% resists across the board =P

I would trust the description written by CCP before trusting its database categorization.

The SoCT was founded by a Jovian... but is not Jovian itself.

I really really want Jovian frigs, cruisers, and battleships.

Example Jovian Frigate:
4 highs (4 turrets), 4 mids, 4 lows
Generous fittings
Lots of HP
Fast as ****


Bonuses:
- Amarr Frigate: 10% turret optimal and 5% armor resists
- Caldari Frigate: 10% turret optimal and 5% shield resists
- Minmatar Frigate: 5% turret ROF and 10% turret falloff
- Gallente Frigate: 5% turret damage and 7.5% turret tracking

Doubt it will be. Wish that it would.

It's too bad that such an interesting ship is destined to end up rotting in stations after those with the stones to fly them loose those they can get a hold of.

Honestly, past a point I don't see that the gnosis' jovian origins really matter all that much. I mean look at all of the Angel Cartel ships, including the daredevil, which are all, at least based on in-game descriptions, possibly built from jovian technology as well.

I kind of hope not. If too much of the "omni bonus" (for lack of better term) design is let slip in the whole diversity factor between hulls and races goes right out the window. The current meta game not withstanding, I would imagine that in a short period of time a set of boring doctrines would emerge and that would be the end of what little creativity there is left.
