If you want to make a custom one we in the photoshop industry refer to that as a black background.

OP photo stream is like a trip down to the early 2000s and the beginning of the 21st century ... I even felt the need to make sure no one picked up the phone to avoid crashing my connection.

This was one of the first Demotivationals I ever saved, back then they were hilarious, but nowadays they are almost as bad as rage comcis in my opinion.
But maybe it's just because I am a 4chan bittervet who cannot stand the shallow 9gag generation that has taken over.

I went back to 4chan a few weeks back to discuss the new shows on /a/.

I was laughed out as a newfag.... I was there when it started, when did /a/ get infested by /b/tards like that? some even remembered the halcyon glory days... And the new Waifu culture scares me Shocked

The sad thing is that 4chan has become far too big and too fast to handle it any more.
You cannot submit OC any more, in the time it takes to make even a very quick photoshop or other meme, the thread is most likely already at page 10 or so and will die in a few more hours.
It's pretty depressing, but reddit is now much closer to the old 4chan. If only it wasn't full of redditors. Evil

edit: I was mostly /b/ and /x/.

/x/ was pure gold, I spent whole nights awake on the computer just to read creepypasta and scary stories in the dark.

I have to ask, honest question here. Am I the only person who can't read Reddit? I'm serious, I have no idea how that site functions like a forum because to me is seems like all of the postings are just mashed together in a big block with branch lines going to each sentence.

Vanilla reddit is completely unreadable and gives you eye cancer.
Only after I installed "reddit enhancement suite" was it possible to follow threads and not totally get lost. The layout will then look like this.
