I just responded to Valerian Dardanides' buddy offer. I am now sitting on a wallet with 480 million ISK (not very comfortable, actually), and I am a member of a new, small, low-tax corporation. I have chosen Nobutada Mishi's Buddy Invite Service and I'm very pleased with that.

He respond to any of my questions fast (less then 24 hours) and no matter how newbie they were. Some time later I used PayPal to upgrade account.
