Ladies and bastard scum of New Eden allow me to introduce myself and my Corp "Damocles Syndrome".

we are today opening up to requests from the New Eden public for the targeted assassination and harassment
of criminal individuals in hi-sec at a reasonable rate provided you can supply an individual kill right to one of our agents.

Suicide ganking as well as pilots in Low-sec / wormholes are still quite valid targets but do expect to pay significantly more up front.

Not when it was afk or flown by a muppet. Might I suggest you post a video showing even a tiny degree of competence. All I can see here is high-sec, cloak, blobbing, shooting a noob and a 'collateral hit' of pretty much **** all. You didn't even get the pod which should be easy for someone setting out to perform such 'hits'.
