Broadening PI

I'd like to see a new NPC corporation revolving around PI. This would be a quasi-faction Corp, like ORE but would be located in High and Low secure areas. Along with that would come a new mission agent type: planetary interaction. This agent would offer a mix of combat operations, and purchase/transport of PI goods. Loyalty points for this corporation could be used solely to purchase PI related materials:
- implants that would increase planetary silo capacity
- implants that would increase range from extractor to head.
- An upgraded customs office with twice the capacity. (this can matter to factory planets)
- (maybe) some kind of purchaseable, rig-like add-on to factories that would increase power/CPU by up to 10%.
- (maybe) some kind of consumeable one-shot device that would temporarily speed up factories on a given planet by a bit.

This corporation would also sell a new kind of transport ship designed to carry PI goods.
- A PI cargo bay that can only carry command centers.
- 2-3 times the capacity of a deep space transport
- Similar fitting to DST, maybe an additional medium slot
- Similar shields/armor to DST
- Similar build cost to DST
(maybe with a LP-purchaseable version that would be a little bit better)

PI should contain slaves as well!!!

There's been a lot of discussion about crews for ships. I and most others agree that this would end up being just another slot-type.
Crews/slaves for PI though might add an interesting dimension.
