That guy is one of best solo pvp'rs i seen in game and he got every goddamn right to express what he feel about all this.

@Seldarine, it's easy to be a toady, but it's not easy to win a tourney. We all expecting our prizes, aren't you also ?

This thread is frankly embarrassing, apologies to everyone still waiting for this to be resolved. Tomorrow is a public holiday in Iceland but I'll look into the situation on Friday morning and post an update here before the end of that day. I will also keep pursuing this until its settled.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Ok Friday update. I just met with CCP Dolan and we looked over the situation. Right now out of ~75 people eligible for a share of the prize there are just a handful that have actually filled out the invoices properly. We're going to take those, plus the ones we can salvage up to finance on Monday (Due to the national holiday yesterday there's a lot of staff not here today), along with the head of Customer Service in order to get those payments dealt with as soon as possible.

Also on Monday we will email everyone who has not filled out the invoice form properly or who still has not been in touch. This email will include very specific instructions on how to fill out the form and the information we need to make the transfer. We will collect the new and completed invoices and hand those in to the finance department on the following Monday. We'll carry on with this pattern until we're not getting any further responses.

To be very very clear on this point. The invoices must be filled in completely as instructed. We can not chase up information for you. We also cannot send money through paypal, or through several banks in some special arrangement. If you do not have the information for your own account I'd suggest finding a friend or relative who can accept the transfer on your behalf.

can i just get my equivalent rl money worth in plexes?

This is way too much of a headache, and it seems this route would be easier for both parties.

ABA Number:
SWIFT/ BIC code
Account Number:
Routing Number:
IBAN Number:

Were all required on the invoice doc sent by CCP. Of these UK banks do not seem to use the ABA number or the Routing number. In fact the bank had no idea what these referred to and all information provided came directly from the bank with an assurance that all money transfers abroad required only the sections completed. If CCP want information that even the bank don't recognise and are unable to provide then it's time CCP gave us something else instead as it gives the impression of delay and evasion behind an unnecessary technicality.

ABA and Routing are required by American Banks. No European banks use this.

Does this mean e-mails and money both haven't been sent yet? So far, I'm assuming that I did everything correctly.

We have around 20 invoices that look good to go. The head of finance unfortunately is on a day course out of the office today and we want to run this through him to make sure there are no issues. We've got emails between all the necessary parties internally and all looks good. We'll deliver this first load of invoices tomorrow morning and we're still hopefully that these will be paid out before the end of the week (add a few days for the money to actually appear in accounts).

When Finance have confirmed which invoices are good and which aren't we'll email the people who need to re-send us their invoice.
