If this is true - some people did a loot of isk knowing all upcoming changes before they where made public.

What do you think ccp should do to minimize their isk gain if this is true?

Perhaps rather something that security@ccp should be looking into if so.

Considering it's about the same level of violation as EVEMon's cache scraping, I really doubt it.

Is there a rabbit hole and if so, how deep does it go ?

Is it legal to download data from the Chaos DEV server ? According to the EULA it is not legal to do so.

Is this a storm in a teacup ? Yes.

Is this sentence really necessary ? No.

Stop.

If you bother to read the article, the dude petitioned CCP to try to get people into trouble and CCP just laughed at him. Not sure what the issue is.

Isn't it a bit unfair to compare EN24 to a site that contains a kernel of truth with a massive layer of humour and hyperbole on top of it? I mean, sure, the hyperbole may be there, but not the rest.

i do when i've read everything on TMC.
i like reading, even if it is just the butthurt spewing of riverini.

although this article is ******* awful. "some russians told everyone stuff about ice, BUT IT'S A GOON CONSPIRACY! IT HAS TO BE!"
and that's before we get on to the fact that the source is clearly biased.

Just read the stuff on both EN24 and TMC as entertainment, both are completely biased on articles 99% of the time anyway.

That article is so long and lacks focus as to the key facts. Would it kill reporters to summarise the key facts in the first paragraph and link to chat logs if the read feels the need to get to the hard 'evidence'.
