What Happen To The Rifter?

So I havnt played in over a year and when I left (work related) I was working towards skills that would allow me to pvp with a rifter. I signed up again yesterday and began the process of trying to relearn the game. As such I have downloaded evemon and eft but when I try to find battleclinic loadouts for the rifter using evemon it says there are none? Has the rifter been made obsolete? Back when I played it seemed like the most popular option for new players to jump into pvp. Can anyone offer any advice on how to find and load rifter builds into evemon or if the Rifter is no longer the ship of choice where should I be looking. Any help would be much appreciated.

Nope, it's probably just a bug.

The Rifter & frigate combat are hand-in-hand, and people use them as the go-to frigate half the time at least.

I can assure you the Rifter is still a part of EVE Online, and remain one of my favorite combat frigates.

While third party applications and websites can be really useful, and to many people is an important part of the gaming experience, please keep in mind that these are not official, and some information might be incorrect or outdated.

That being said, I do see a number of pretty good Rifter fittings on the Battlclinic Loadouts page.

Has anyone else had this problem where certain build outs dont show up in EVEMON? I see plenty of Rifter builds when I search the site manually but it doesnt want to load rifter builds when I click via the EVEMON program.

My EVEMon doesn't show any fits at all, it shows me skills, info about my character, and info about ships/modules/BPs. Why are you looking for fits in EVEMon?

But I'm seeing fits listed just fine. I'm seeing 1068 loadouts on the Rifter

Also make sure to get the new EFT ( https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=24359 ) as EFT doesn't auto update itself and to get yourself familiarized with the CAK (Custom API Key) system that all of these third-party apps should now be using.

I got a similar message on battleclinic when looking for a Hurricane fit. Something's not working with their website.

There was an issue with BattleClinic's database querying code that provided EVEMon with loadouts feeds.
Issue has been resolved and we are back in business (cause as you know "Internet Spaceship's are serious business").
