Viewing in station traffic from captains quarters

At the moment due to the angle of the viewpoint that you get from the captains quarters, you are unable to see the in station traffic. If you load up the Caldari quarters, walk to the end of the gantry and pan the camera to the right, you can just see some of the traffic, so they are being animated in the CQ view.

This seems silly.

CCP can you please change the viewpoint from the captains quarters view so we can more easily see the in-station traffic?

I've only checked this on Amarr stations, and you can't see any of the new traffic at all from the Amarr stations' CQ.

I see your issue.

You're actually using Captain Quarters.

A poll in GD suggests that more than 50% of people asked are using CQ, and half of the remaining 50% are not using it because of hardware/playability restrictions. That was almost a year ago. Assuming people have been upgrading their rigs it means that some of those people will now be using CQ.

In all likelihood, your a minority.

Assuming... your a minority.

I've taken the liberty of summarising the basis of your argument.

I take it you have chosen ignorance in this age of information?

It's difficult to know where to start with saying how stupid that comment was. Unless you want a really long lecture on how we as human beings (read science) determines truth or knowledge? It suffices to say, that my "assumption" is signicantly more likely to be correct than his, seeing as mine is based on some evidence. It's not great evidence, but it is some... Technically anything that can be proposed without evidence can be dismissed without evidence (read his comment), but I chose to take what little we can determine objectively and show it to him...

Don't try and look smart. Because you just look more like an idiot.

Besides, this is the Test Server Feedback forum. If you want to start an argument, then take it somewhere else. This forum section is not here for you to try and feel big about yourself. It's here for CCP to read potential mistakes/impressions.

Well, at least you are honest about your mistakes.

Well done you for undermining yourself.

Sentamon's comment was a humourous retort, but such things fly way over your big head.

I asked for the viewpoint to be changed. Not for this thread to be invaded by idiots.

It's really strange. I mean the ships are animating in the CQ already (they just can't be easily seen), so why not change the location of the balcony so they can be seen more easily.

Come'on CCP. You can at least respond.

I think a vet bonus should be to have an outside window as well to see the stars or moon in the horizon...

would be uber cool.
