@ Sriracha: Definite 9/10 - 9.5/10, very rare to see such a good male avatar.

@ Aerethir: I'd say 8/10, the background feels out of place and the lighting is a little too harsh. Minor tweaks could make it a 9/10 or better easily.

I feel that there's a decent avatar in the making besides those awful plastic shades, not feeling the Red Star shirt either. Hair, jacket and background have colors that nicely compliment but I can't see your face. I'm suspecting that the facial tattoo won't be doing any favors either, but it's difficult to tell for now.
