Looking for someone got:

-All Frigate t1/t2 amar, minmatar, galente, caldari LvL 5 (t2 can be lvl4)
-All wepons for frigates LvL 5 (bomber's torpedo as well) (Specialization lvl 4 is ok)
-Standard or higher shield and armor skills (lvl 3-4 can use all t2 need for a frigate)
-Standard or higher navigation (lvl3-4 can use t2 mwd and afterburner)
-Advanced Weapon Upgrades lvl4/5 (minimum lvl3)
-Cybernetics at lvl 5 (important Attention

-2 remap available (important Attention

-Can fly high sec. (everywhere...) yep important too Idea

when I say 'for pvp' I mean can use t2 web and scramble

maximum 2.5b for that char... (means do not scam 40m sp char. for 20b Shocked
