Client update *nuked* my settings

Hello CCP, folks,

uhhh yeah ..today when i logged on and I got into space ALL my overview settings (custom tabs,saved profiles, open chat windows) all of this were reset to default and i have no way of getting them back. Now i read some ware that if you delete a folder that it will re-download the filed that were deleted (i didn't want to do this so what i did was took an old copy of the eve folder from back in 2012 and opened that on another computer and when the finished updating and i started the client everything was reset to default as stated up in the post) it would be nice if i can get some help on this or at the very least look into this as there seems to be a problem with the most recent patch.

Can you provide us with the Launcher logs? Were you doing anything different to normal (ie: started it up via a shortcut rather than the eve.exe or command line) when starting it? Did you use the 'clear cache' option in the Launcher itself?
