After Reinforcement [Question]

After a tower comes out of reinforced can you once again put ammo in the guns? I know you can't while its in reinforced mode, but other things require the POS shields repping to 50% before working again. Is this one of those things or not?

You sure about that? I've never reinforced a tower without incapping guns first, but I don't think reinforcement prevents reloading turret batteries, just incapping. The whole "only powergrid" thing.

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

You can also anchor and online new mods as long as they don't need CPU

I know. However I also know you defiantly cannot add ammo to those guns once anchored - I just tried.

You can put ammo into guns while RF'd however unlike when the POS is operating normally you need to both anchor them and online them before they will let you put ammo in them.

Are you certain? I'm pretty sure I put ammo into an online gun and it said that the POS shields were too low or they were reinforced (the latter being the case)

You should see a message that says:

(notify) You cannot put ##ammo type## into the ##weapon battery type## while it is offline and it's control tower is reinforced or could become reinforced due to the current shield level.

ahh-- Must have tried to put ammo in an offlined gun after all!
