They should just mine from inside the bubble. Since it's apparently a certainty that the AFK cloaker will kill them, and no miner has ever escaped a hot drop in the whole history of EVE, knowing that they don't even have the option of warping away from the word go will free their minds and set them at ease.

-1 Cloaking is fine and working as intended.

I suggest you adapt if it is causing you concerns.

OP's tears make me want to train cloaking so I can AFK cloak. Lol

You really don't even have to cloak to interrupt them. Just enter system, and the moment you're in local they go scurrying like roaches when the lights come on.

I need to see who I'm allowed to do this to, to avoid causing Incidents.
