less loot and salvage from npc

hi all
is it me?
cause i haven't seen an officer in a long time, dread guristas drops junk and i don't mean the fraction ammo and tag they use to.
and the is less loot and salvage now from other npc wrecks as well..

Thing i noticed was also less salvage in the lvl 4 missions

I also have a lot less successful invention jobs and dont find complexs as often as before. Why are you stealth nerfing the game CCP?

I've noticed that I've been getting less salvage from NPCs, not sure if it's all in my head.

I find it depends on the rats. There seems to be less items, but mineral cost drove the price of the loot up in Minmatar space.

Officer Spawns are most likely downs as they don't appear after DT any more (no special spawns do to my knowledge) so unless someone is running the belts to make new spawns...
As for the rest... random is random. I have had Frigates in Empire drop me hundreds of millions in faction loot and Battlships in NullSec give me 200k hardeners.
