Character Bazaar

I am returning to the game from a rather large hiatus. Before I left I liquidated all my assets so that when I eventually came back I could buy a very decent character.

What I am looking for in particular is a character that can do practically everything sub capital combat specific. Capital Skills are not a must, however, they must be focused if you have them. I do not want to pay for waste, so I am not interested in industrial type skills. I also am not interested in Titan / Mother ship pilots. Those are waste to me as I never plan to fly them nor can I in the space I will inhabit.

Now, to the point of budget. As i previously stated I am returning from break. I liquidated nearly all my assets and I have a large sum of Isk to work with. Do not post an offer unless your serious about selling the character. Please be realistic with prices. I have purchased numerous characters upwards of 100m sp in my eve lifetime, so I know what going rates are.

All rules must be followed per CCP's guidelines.
