Typically 73 to 85C, fan around 5000+. I use smc fan control to push it up.

How do you get the GPU temperature? I got atMonitor, but it reports a GPU temp of zero all the time.

Lately Ive noticed that there is a big difference in CPU temperature between fullscreen & windowed.
In windowed mode CPU temp is between 67-72 celsius, while in fullscreen its immediately rises between 75-85 degrees. As does the fan noises.

GPU temp however does not seem to vary, it sits between 65-72 in either mode.

From the atMonitor logs it seems that when running Eve in fullscreen the CPUs are way more loaded (~40% all 4 cores combined) as opposed to windowed (~12% all 4 cores combined)

Also, running in windowed mode with fans left on default leaves them most often round ~3700 rpm managing the temps above which is good, because earphones are no longer necessary to hear anything ingame.

Edit: The numbers are from general combat & some ship spinning only. When loading incarna the temps still go through the roof...

Running my MBP (Feb-2009) at approx 65 degrees. - I have an iLap cooling pad and if I place an external fan (small portable one) near the heat source I can get the temp down to 55 degrees.

Running at 65 with all fans on with dual eve setup. Works great, bit fingers tend to get a little numb after a while :-)
