The new Tags for Security status feature will shortly be available on Singularity. This thread is the place for all your feedback on this feature!
For more details, see http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/wanttotrade-tags-for-security-status/

There are two parts to this feature, and we're interested in testing feedback on them both:
* New pirate NPCs in low-sec belts. Look for NPCs with 'Clone Soldier' in their names
* The new Security Office station service, where you can turn in the tags looted from the NPCs. This service is available in all CONCORD and DED stations in low-sec space. These locations can be shown on your star map by selecting 'Security Office' from the list of Station Services options.

First question: Why is the can blue after I finally killed that thing?

Some of my cans are blue, not just these npc’s but also a normal battleship NPC wreck turned blue, is this intentional?

First impressions.

Took a DPS Navy Exeq out and killed a couple, granted it is DPS heavy but the rat went down pretty quick and was always alone.

If you want these to promote PVP I would suggest they warp away unless warp disrupted.

They should have some backup.

This is in danger of becoming the next stabbed farmer activity.

Not many security offices around, any plans to redistribute these?

I think I just got feedback on twitter that outlaw wreck drops are now always blue?

Not 100% sure yet, CCP Masterplan will answer us shortly.

So far I have found 1, still looking.

Just killed my first one, on its own in a belt in Agoze (Caldari + Gallente Facwar space), wreck didn't turn blue. Quick easy kill.

Kinda supprised first of all how far away the security offices are, as well as supprised that the tags don't have in the description what bracket of security boosting is applicable to them.

I do like that clicking on them gives the button "Show security offices".

I also have seen random blue wrecks when killing random NPCs, but I thought I might have applied a bit too much cheated damage. It is for sure not happening all the time, as far as I can tell. I will look into it on Friday.

I completed an anomaly in null, can't remember what type, but random wrecks turned blue, including the Shadow Serpentis Rear Admiral at the end.

All of my Tags 4 Sec NPC wrecks are blue.

My other NPC wrecks are randomly white or blue as I go through the belt killing everything.

Killed one of these rats in a belt in a Zealot. Not to tricky. From experience of 1 rat, I think they are a bit too soft. Any DPS frig could have killed it comfortably. If I was looking for sec tags based on this I would use a stealth bomber and probably be nearly impossible to catch in low sec.

As already said making them a bit more challenging might be sensible.

One other observation- I know the market in Sisi is not representative but these tags are available for both sale and purchase:
Trainer tag: 1.5 million isk
Recruiter tag: 2 million isk
Transporter tag: 2.5 million isk
Negotiator tag: 3 million isk

I presume this will not be the case on Tranquility for Odyssey

IS the spawn rate upped on SISI or is it indicative of how it would be on TQ barring any changes.

Don't know if the blue wrecks are intentional but thinking about it, it actualy would make sense. Why would you own any wrecks outside of hisec missions that are not your own ship wreck? There is no police force and lawyers around to determine a rightful owner.

These are my sec gains from yesterday on SiSi. I was not ratting for sec status but looking for Tags4Sec NPCs hence the time delays. I went from -9.5 to -9.2.

2013.05.08 22:28 0.3450% Law Enforcement - Security Status Gain
2013.05.08 22:58 0.5750% Law Enforcement - Security Status Gain
2013.05.08 23:16 0.5750% Law Enforcement - Security Status Gain
2013.05.09 03:03 0.4600% Law Enforcement - Security Status Gain
2013.05.09 03:12 0.0244% Law Enforcement - Security Status Gain

I also agree in a way about the blue wrecks. If Concord puts this flag on they probably stop caring after a certain point when you are -5.

Thing is this is supposed to bring people to low sec and promote PVP.

If the wreck is blue then when someone takes from it then I cannot shoot them without taking a sec hit and getting a suspect flag.

If they steal from me then I want to be able to shoot them.

May be a mute point, as it works now you will warp into the belt kill the NPC grab loot and warp out all inside 30seconds.

I was more thinking of me, as -9.9 not having any 'theft' rights to wrecks because Concord has washed their hands of me.

Someone not outlaw should have the same mechanics as always.

Of course, shooting me doesn't get you a sec hit.

I thought it was a way to allow pirates and suicide gankers to pay others to do the sec status grind for them. If I'm a pirate, but want to keep my sec status up so I can go to high sec, I can either rat for a couple hours between geeting sec status hit, OR I can buy a PLEX with real, convert it to ISK, then buy some tags off someone who did the grind for me.

Killed a Serpentis Clone Soldier Negotiator in Agoze (Thorax with 1.75mill bounty)

I know these NPCs are supposed to be harder having enhanced abilities, but being able to MWD away while under the effect of Warp Scrambler seems a bit much. Is it by design?

I think NPCs are rarely affected by our punny attempts to do things like stop them.

Right now it looks like 3m ISK is the money cost of the sec gain? Seems a bit low. That's three battleship or tags4sec rats.

+ Whatever price the tags settle for. I'd assume CCP has a "vision" of prize for this feature and will adjust the fixed cost accordingly. For example: CCP wants sec gain to cost 25M ISK, tags go on average for 15M ISK, so the fixed cost will be set to 10M.
