READ THIS BEFORE POSTING YOUR CHARACTER: The less wasted SP, the more I will offer for the character. That means, if you have 10 mil SP in something like industry or missiles, I will only add a bare minimum of ISK to my offer for those extra skills. You will most likely call it a lowball offer, but please keep in mind that those skills will never be used.

Ideally, your character does not have more than 25 mil SP.

I may in VERY special cases also consider characters that can also sit in a Naglfar or is not too far out from sitting in one.
